KXB have been following the US band Electric Six since their first album Fire came out in 2003. The legendary KXB Xmas staff party has always centered around attending the E6 gig at the Concorde 2 in Brighton. Imagine the surprise we had when Karl's family secretly booked lead singer Dick Valentine to perform at his 50th birthday party! Since then Dick has visited every year to sit in with The KXB Band at our local riverside venue Pebbles On The Port in Southwick. He's a true gentleman and now a close, personal friend of the band.
